We begin with a complimentary 60-minute discovery call where I learn about your business, understand your challenges, and identify where support will have the greatest impact. This isn't a sales pitch, it's a genuine conversation to determine if we're a good fit for each other.

Proposal & Agreement
Based on our discovery conversation, I'll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the recommended package, service allocation, and how we'll work together. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll sign a simple agreement and schedule your onboarding.

Onboarding
During your first two weeks, we'll set up secure access to your systems, establish communication preferences, document existing processes, and create a shared workspace. I'll get up to speed quickly so you feel supported from day one.

Execution
This is where you start getting your time back. I'll handle your dedicated tasks and projects through our agreed-upon communication channels, keeping you informed without overwhelming you. Expect proactive support, not just reactive task completion.

Reporting & Review
Each month, you'll receive a summary report detailing completed work, hours utilized, and recommendations for optimization. We'll also conduct quarterly reviews to assess progress, refine your service allocation, and ensure our partnership continues to evolve with your business.

What if I'm not sure what support I need?
That's exactly why we start with a discovery call. I'll ask the right questions and help you identify where support will have the biggest impact. Most clients find their ideal allocation during this conversation.
How do the monthly retainers work?
You'll receive a dedicated allocation of hours each month, whether that's 20, 40, or 60 hours. You can distribute those hours across our two core service categories—Executive & Administrative Operations and Bookkeeping & Financial Coordination—based on your current priorities, and adjust your allocation monthly as your needs shift.
Can you really handle confidential business information?
Absolutely. I'm fully insured, all agreements include NDAs, and I use enterprise-grade encryption and security protocols. Confidentiality isn't just part of my process, it's core to who I am.
What if I need more than my monthly hours?
Overage hours are billed at 1.5x the standard rate. Most clients find their monthly allocation works perfectly once we've established our rhythm, but flexibility is built in.
How long is the commitment?
We ask for a 3-month minimum to ensure we have enough time to implement systems and show real results. After that, it's month-to-month with the same level of commitment and professionalism.
Can I change my service mix if my priorities shift?
Absolutely. Your service allocation can be adjusted monthly based on what your business needs. f you need more administrative support one month and more bookkeeping focus the next, just let me know.
